"Very disappointed with Rowley Insurance. We gave them the opportunity to quote our commercial vehicle insurance through State Farm. We were quoted a rate that was competitive and we switched our coverage to State Farm/Rowley Insurance. After 60 days we abruptly get an email that our coverage is being terminated in 14 days for no just cause. We had not had any violations or accidents since starting the new policy, our business had not changed one thing, but they claimed that after underwriting looked at policy again, they could not insure us. The way that this was handled was so unprofessional. We could not get call backs from Rowley Insurance, and it became apparent that they really did not care that this was happening. If you think it seems like a good idea to switch coverage to Rowley insurance, I will strongly advise you to think otherwise. It felt like a real bait and switch and really put our business in a bind from this happening. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is...."

I am writing this 5-star review the day after my insurance plan had a big cost increase due to new California liability requirements. I know why the increase happened because I emailed Doug's office about it and they sent me a wonderfully thorough analysis of every factor that contributed to the increase, plus they conducted a review of my plan to make sure that I was still getting every eligible discount and this was the best rate for me.

This is my third auto insurance agency (and my first bundle with renters insurance) and the other agencies didn't come close in cost or service. I know that car insurance was more costly when I was younger, but for me AND my partner to both have auto insurance AND renters insurance, AND with inflation, I am paying HALF of what I used to pay for auto insurance alone... and that it AFTER the liability increase."
